We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join a distinguished healthcare team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Prometric certification and have a minimum of 2 years of experience. The candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to international healthcare standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing practices.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in line with medical protocols and physician directives.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the confidentiality of all healthcare information.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to physicians and collaborate on treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care outcomes.
- Support junior nursing staff and contribute to their professional development through guidance and mentorship.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgical procedures, and other medical interventions.
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and post-operative patient monitoring.
- Conduct routine health checks and screenings to identify potential health issues.
- Assist in managing medical emergencies by providing immediate and effective care.
- Maintain inventory and ensure availability of medical supplies and equipment in the assigned unit.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care policies and procedures.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families during critical situations.
- Stay updated on the latest nursing practices, techniques, and healthcare advancements through continuing education.
- Participate in community health initiatives and patient education programs organized by the medical center.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license recognized in Qatar.
- Prometric certification with a passing score as required by QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners).
- Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Candidates with prior experience in GCC countries and familiarity with QCHP guidelines.
- Valid Visa and QID required.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 per month
