We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Qatar looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our services to prospective clients, all while building relationships and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in Qatar looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our services to prospective clients, all while building relationships and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell our services.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular communication.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by gathering key information and assessing their needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the management.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvement or new sales strategies.
- Follow-Up: Follow up on initial calls to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns and support promotional initiatives.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in the same field is a plus but not required.
