HR & Labor Relations Officer

The Labor Relations Officer is responsible for managing and fostering positive labor relations within the organization by ensuring compliance with Qatari labor laws, resolving disputes, and handling employee grievances. The officer will serve as a key point of contact between employees and management, facilitating effective communication and addressing labor-related concerns in a timely and lawful manner.
Qualifications and Requirements
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
Education:
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, employee relations, or human resources, preferably within the Qatar or GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage conflict in a diplomatic manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and report-writing skills.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
