Hiring for Business Operations Officer -Female

- Monitors opportunities on the country portals, company websites, and newspapers
- Conducts site visits to existing projects and new ones, followed by a report each time
- Sends monthly report as per the company format on the first working day of each month
- Prepares quotes, proposals in relation to digital, FM and parking, as well as full tender write up
- Coordinates with other departments where relevant (Technical, HR & Finance)
- Coordinates, and negotiates with suppliers and updates the supply chain database
- Brings new ideas, partnerships, support on specific tasks, and development initiatives
- Attends conferences, exhibitions and other events in support of the company's growth
- Travels for business when requested to conduct site visits and meet clients
- Conducts audits, interviews, or other assignments, when requested by the CEO
- Provides oversight for new projects based on the size and as directed.
- Experience is a must specially in FM
- Great interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skill is a must
- Knowledge of technical/drawings
