Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the dining experience, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage food and beverage service in the restaurant.
- Train and supervise waitstaff to maintain high service standards.
- Greet and seat guests, providing menu recommendations.
- Take and process customer orders accurately.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Monitor inventory of cutlery and service equipment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or similar role.
- Valid Food Handler Certificate is a MUST.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
