Business Performance Senior Specialist

Design and implement the corporate business performance process of the organization.
- Research and keep abreast of trends in the external and internal environment that present risks and opportunities for organization’s business performance.

Provide expertise and support to the corporate performance process, both at a strategic and operational level, including performance measure selection and reporting.
- Develop business analysis capacity and capability within organization.
-
Develop, in consultation with Departments, performance measures that enable senior management to monitor the achievement of organization’s objectives and strategies and support decision-making.
-
Plan, co-ordinate, communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department.
-
Conduct reviews of specific process and practices where problems and/or inefficiencies are identified and recommend alternatives to achieve organization’s outcomes and targets.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Health Sector
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Experience in designing and implementing performance management reports
- Knowledge of healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of performance management & measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies
