Site Manager (Wind Farms)

As WIND PARK SITE MANAGER, you will join the ENERGY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE team and perform the following functions:
  • Plan, coordinate and supervise all park construction and operation activities.
  • Ensure that projects are executed according to established schedules and within the assigned budget.
  • Track the daily progress of the work and report to management on the status of the project.
  • Lead and manage work teams on site, including technicians, engineers and security personnel.
  • Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with applicable technical specifications and regulations.
  • Ensure the correct preparation and maintenance of the technical and administrative documentation of the project.

What we are looking for:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering/Roads/Public Works
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing construction projects, preferably in the renewable energy or wind farm sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations.
  • Driving license authorized in the EU (exclusive)
