Key Responsabilities:

• Design, develop, and customize applications on the Service Now platform to meet client requirements.
• Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities to optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions.
• Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs to enable seamless data flow and functionality.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth system operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Java Script for scripting and automation.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Now development and/or administration.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Mode:

• Hybrid work arrangement, based in Lisbon or Oporto, Portugal.
