We are recruiting a Project manager (M/F) to lead company, based in the Porto Region.
The Project Manager will be in charge of the project management related to the transfer of work packages to Portugal and to manage the project according to procedure.
MAIN TASKS AND MISSION:
Validation of the project with the Comex;
Communication with EASA to get the approval;
Preparation and follow up of the first (FAI) and last article inspection (LAI) with the MFT of the giving and taking site;
Follow up of the actions with the MFT of the giving site;
Order and prepare the equipment necessary to launch the activity;
Organize the qualifications of means or processes if necessary;
Follow up of the actions with the MFT of the taking site, until the first article acceptance (FAA) from the customer;
Accompany the ramp-up in order to guarantee the compliance with the objevtives (safety, unit cost (time spent, Non Recurring Costs, Recurring Costs (consumables), on-time delivery, on-quality delivery.
PROFILE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in project management or Engineering;
Experience in project management and/or control (preferred). - Experience in an international company environment;
Fluency in English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory;
The holder must be available to travel frequently to Europe and Northern Africa.
