Role Mission
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for administrative tasks, reporting, and tracking of operational activities.
Your tasks
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- Operations reporting using WMS, Excel, and other internal tools
- Solving daily issues related to operations
- Preparation and follow-up of reports that support daily operations
- Incident reporting to suppliers and stakeholders
- Incident management, registration, and reporting
- Stock and inventory management
- Administrative experience
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Intermediate level
- Knowledge of the logistics sector is a plus
