Marketing Cloud Product Specialist - Lisbon
Capgemini Portugal is currently looking for a Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to join one of the world’s most prestigious and innovative companies in the luxury industry.
Our Client is the owner of prestigious Maisons distinguished by their craftsmanship, creativity, and technological innovation. Our Client’s ambition is to nurture the unique heritage and values of its Maisons and businesses, while enabling them to grow and prosper in a responsible, sustainable manner over the long term.
To leverage Lisbon’s tech spirit and infuse it into its brand-new Tech Competence Centre, our Client is looking to reinforce its technical capabilities on state-of-the-art technology and respond to the growth of their business. Their Lisbon teams will be an extension of its central Group Platforms teams and will be fully integrated in the core technology workforce. They look forward to welcoming their TCC employees and onboarding them on an exciting adventure managing modern solutions and innovative technologies through global, scaled platforms to create business value with pace and agility.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements specific to our Maisons.
Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Gather and document functional requirements, translating business needs into clear and concise specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT, to design Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with business requirements.
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and quality within Salesforce.
Provide guidance and support to users, addressing questions and issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality and processes.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements and integrations.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionality, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the luxury industry context.

Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field


Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and configurations (5-Year experience).
Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, including its business processes, trends, and customer expectations is a plus.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is a must.
Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a plus.
Salesforce Data Cloud Certification is a plus.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization is a plus.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform capabilities, specifically in a cross-cloud environment.
Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experienced in Agile delivery.
Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable.
Fluent English required.

Interview Process
