We are seaking a people manager for our young and highly motivated Solutions Management & Operations (SMO) team in Portugal supporting SAP´s internal business solutions.



What you bring

• 5+ years experience working with global teams in a leadership role with a required background on cultural sensitivity
• Ideally, having expertise in guiding a team through a dynamic setting with rapidly evolving technology
• Proven track record of 5+ years experience in SAP basis & cloud technology, optimally experience in hybrid operations
• experience with agile methodologies, ability to develop and lead a self-organized team
• excellent interpersonal verbal & written communication skills in English language
• strong customer, result and execution focus
• self confidence & competency working under high pressure, making critical decisions, interacting with senior management

Within Coporate Processes & IT (CPIT), the Solutions Management and Operations (SMO) team is responsible for the End-to-End operation of SAP´s internal mission critical solutions based on innovative cloud technologies.
