Guest review and reputation specialist (m/f)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the guest review process, including proactive requests and responses to comments.
  • Monitor and analyze guest and competitor feedback, providing detailed reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the resort’s reviews and online image.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align policies and strategies with company objectives.
  • Track review trends and provide recommendations for service adjustments.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and maintain accurate records of all communications.
We are seeking a dynamic Guest Reviews/Reputation Specialist, fluent in English and Portuguese (knowledge of an additional language is a plus), with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work well under pressure, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and a focus on the guest experience.
