• at least 3 years of recent direct experience in customs managed services delivery.
• experience in FTA and/or classification and a strong understanding of other Trade & Customs areas
• excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to plan and conduct in-depth reviews of transactional data using data and analytics
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy
• strong English language skills, both written and verbal
• collaborative team player with a focus on continuous improvement
• ability to travel both domestically and internationally

• contributing to the continued enhancement of services, including improvements in process, training, and technology
• performing managed service activities (such as HTS/ECCN classification, post entry review, and/or FTA related services)
• applying independent judgment to review intermediate and complex trade compliance work products, confirming their correctness, and identifying necessary revisions
• staying current with updates and changes in trade regulations, including new regulations like Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and ensuring these are effectively monitored within the organization
• identifying areas for improvement in the quality control process and assisting in the implementation of changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
