JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Play a highly collaborative creative role in structuring new ideas and managing projects to completion
• Edit online video content, including podcast episodes, testimonial videos and social videos
• Create and produce marketing videos and PR videos, as needed
• Create motion graphics for video and understand latest social media video trends (ie Instagram Reels)
• Edit training videos for addition to our learning management system
• Create various types of audio/video to tell stories across multiple platforms
• Perform non-linear editing using Final Cut or Adobe Premiere software and designs after effects as needed including motion graphics, layout, and animation
• Pre-visualize and/or storyboard shot ideas based on scripts or project outlines
• Source photos, stock video and audio as needed for projects
• Create all multimedia content for social (audio / video / design)
• Edit and upload footage and maintain video logs and media storage.
• Maintain a digital archive and group file storage
• Layout newsletter content for submission to our printer.
• Repurpose content into short form video and podcast
• Submit audio files to podcasts server

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of graphic design, and audio / video editing experience (editing short online videos, social share videos, and educational content for online channels like You Tube / Facebook / blogs preferred).
• Experience in the full adobe cloud, including in Design, Photoshop, Premier Pro and illustrator.
• Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• Possess a strong attention to detail and time management skills, and be an organized team player
• Experience in typography, color, composition, compositing, key framing, and title design preferred. Knowledge of web design principles: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, responsive design, and accessibility standards also preferred.
• Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Teams, Airtable, Google Suite, Last Pass, and Zoom

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer - at least i7 or equivalent with 16gb RAM
• Internet Speed - At least 50 MBPS Download speed

Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays 3AM - 12PM Eastern Time // Mondays to Fridays 3 PM to 12 AM Philippine Time
