Job Requirements:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, demonstrating creativity and adaptability.
- Proficient typist with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities for efficient subscriber support.
- Demonstrates flexibility and confidently engages in conversations of any nature.
- Thrives independently and collaboratively as a valuable team member.
- Open to flexible and shifting schedules, accommodating changing work hours.
- Respond to subscribers' messages and engage in conversations in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
- Utilize creative communication skills to provide a personalized and fun experience for the subscribers.
- Adhere to company and client policies and guidelines.
- Keep detailed records of subscribers' interactions and any issues that may arise.
- Meet daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
