- Organize and lead in determining the IT business needs of the organization; create business scenarios, system flowchart, & acceptance criteria
- Map business processes and formulate a systems process flow based on the former.
- Recommend and formulate changes to processes or systems that align with business objectives and improve performance & efficiency.
- Lead & facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals.
- Able to translate business needs into technical requirements for IT systems or software.
- collaborate with developers and engineers to design or configure systems that meet the identified requirements.
- Develop test plans and perform testing to ensure that the implemented solutions work as intended.
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in any course related to Information Technology
- 2. At least 2-3 years of work experience related and focused on Business Process Analysis, Systems Analysis, Systems Design and Analysis, Project Implementation and other system development related activities.
- 3. Knowledge about any programming language, database, & server application solutions is a huge plus.
- 4. Working knowledge of basic IT support services such as: Software and Applications trouble shooting and use of commonly used software products (e.g., MS Office, MS Windows and Internet tools).
- 5. Basic Networking Skills.
- 6. Working knowledge on basic programming and internet tools (e.g. Web Browsing, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS).
- 7. Sound Documentation and Communication Skills.
- Must have accounting background.
