Job Overview:
The position is to operate, calibrate, and maintain machinery as well as inspect finished products to ensure quality of work.

• Ensuring the required materials are available for production and that the factory is safe for all workers.
• Set up the Production Equipment /Line
• Inspects Equipment during production operation
• Operate,Calibrate and Maintain the Stamping Machine /Production Equipment
• Perform time and recordkeeping and routine maintenance activities
• Check machine operation and report faults to the supervisor
• Setting and Changing over on the machine for part number to another part number
• Reading drawing and understanding the quality requirements
• Troubleshooting on the defects and correcting the Stamping Machine
• Knowledge of end product use and safety requirement of the product
• Should be knowledgeable on triggering the critical spares
• Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
• Awareness of Quality Targets
• Perform other tasks assigned
• Performing 5s+1 (Sort, Set, Shine ,Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) in the production line
• Follow Safety Procedures and Company Policies

Qualifications :

• Vocational Course or Senior Highschool
• With at least 1-2 years of experience as Stamping/Production Technician
