Location: Geno Furnitures - Quezon City
Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and friendly individual with excellent communication skills? We're looking for a Secretary to join our team at Geno Traders Inc. This is a full-time position that requires someone who can handle administrative tasks efficiently and contribute to creating an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars for the store team.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.).
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with inventory management.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with store operations, including order processing and customer inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
