We use highly advanced automated laboratory machines for all our sections and our staff are well trained and efficient to attain quick turnaround times while ensuring accurate and precise results, whether it is Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Clinical Microscopy, Microbiology, Coagulation Studies, Immunology or Serology. Our facility is also equipped with state-of-the-art X-Ray, Ultrasound, ECG machines - in total offering around 400+ services.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives. The successful candidate will focus on building relationships with businesses for employee Annual Physical Examinations (APE) and increasing awareness among individuals seeking diagnostic services.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Client Acquisition

• Identify and target companies requiring APE services for their employees.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR professionals, wellness program managers, and decision-makers in target organizations.
• Create customized packages and proposals aligned with company needs.

Community Outreach

• Develop and implement campaigns to raise awareness about CHECKPOINT LABS’ services among the general public.
• Partner with community organizations, local events, and health advocacy groups to promote services.

Sales Strategy and Execution

• Develop a sales plan with specific targets and strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and promotional efforts.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain a CRM database to track leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience for both corporate clients and walk-in customers.

Performance Monitoring

• Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and revenue performance.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or a related field.
• Strong network with corporate HR departments or wellness program coordinators is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
