DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, process and endorse requests for Certified True Copies (CTC) of Title and TD under Developer’s name (UDN) to Third Party External Service Providers (TPSPs).
• Monitor and follow up to ensure timely release of CTC copies with TPSPs.
• Handle the endorsement of documents to the concerned department for BIR docket collation.
• Assists in collating supporting documents for accounts with released CAR, in preparation for the pull-out of original Title.
• Ensure timely approval of documents needed for the pull-out of Title.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree related to Business Studies, Administration, Management, or its equivalent.
• With at least one (1) year experience in the same function or any work experience in real estate company.
• Possesses good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP and MS office application (MS Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Amenable to work in Pasay City.
