Uma Nota is seeking a detail-oriented and highly communicative Reservations Manager with experience in hotel and restaurant reservations. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless booking experience for guests while optimizing reservation processes to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

• Reservation Management
• Handle all incoming reservation inquiries for the restaurant, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Maintain and update the reservation system with accuracy, managing guest details, preferences, and special requests.
• Maximize table allocation and revenue by managing reservations strategically during peak times.
• Guest Relations
• Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Ensure that guest expectations are communicated effectively to the operational team.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular guests, fostering loyalty.
• Operational Coordination
• Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during service.
• Provide the team with updated reservation information, including special events or VIP guests.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Analyze reservation trends to identify opportunities for improving guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Provide management with regular reports on reservation patterns, occupancy rates, and guest feedback.
• Team Leadership
• Develop and implement SOPs for reservation handling and guest communications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing reservations for hotels or restaurants.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with reservation management software and CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
