Responsible for leading and managing projects to meet objectives within budget and timelines. Coordinates resources, monitors progress, and communicates with stakeholders. Ensures effective project documentation, risk management, and process improvements. Fosters team collaboration and provides actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Stays updated on industry trends and project management methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on various industries, including manufacturing and distribution.
  • 3+ years managing project teams and working in an Agile environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Committed to organizational goals and values with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Flexible, with the ability to work extended hours and travel as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in customer relations, prioritization, and working under pressure.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in using modern technology for project management and communication.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
