Process & Quality Analyst

We are hiring a Process & Quality Specialist in the Philippines with a proven track record in designing and managing processes across all departments in large organizations. This role also ensures quality control of PRINCE2 projects, aligning deliverables with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, document, and maintain processes across multiple departments.
  • Ensure all PRINCE2 Quality Acceptance Criteria are met for project deliverables.
  • Manage and update the Quality Register with findings and follow-ups.
  • Create detailed project reports covering risks, budgets, and quality performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and managing processes in large organizations.
  • Strong understanding of PRINCE2 principles and quality control.
  • Experience in cross-departmental governance and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in project tools (e.g., Share Point, Monday.com).
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php250.00 - Php380.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
