Parts Sales Officer

We are seeking a Parts Sales Officer to join our team. The Parts Sales Officer will be responsible for selling parts and accessories to customers, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in identifying their parts needs.
- Recommend parts and accessories based on customer requirements and vehicle specifications.
- Provide accurate and timely price quotes for parts and accessories.
- Process parts orders, including locating parts, preparing invoices, and arranging for delivery or pickup.
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, returns, and warranty claims.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely fulfillment of parts orders.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in parts sales or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office and inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with automotive or heavy equipment parts and accessories.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
