Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to build, enhance, and maintain Ace store brand by introducing and live selling all Ace product brand in different social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- To facilitate online store where customer can find products browse offerings and place purchases online.
- To Present clearly to the audience all the Ace products.
- Interacts with online customers/ viewers and answer their inquiries on product information, shipping process and payment method during the online live shopping.
- Enhance customer experience by working closely with other departments such as marketing, content, and customer service.
- Develop and implement effective E-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business demands online.
- Experienced in engaging online shopping platforms.
- With at least 1 year experience in Store Sales.
- With experience in product marketing. (Product marketing is about launching products & growing share/sales thru time.)
- Strong product knowledge to address customer queries.
