JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Analyzing and assessing trainings related in Manufacturing Process.
• Coordinate to Process Engineers and EQ Tech regarding to learning process of Operator
• Provides assistance in Technical Training with collaboration with Internal Technical Support.
• Attend process improvement meetings and maintains relevant professional network.
• Implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
• Need to use analytical tools, reports, charts and diagrams to collect relevant data in improving the manufacturing process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering related course or equivalent.
• Must have 2-3 years of work-related experience in Electronics and Manufacturing Set Up.
• Ability to adopt fast phase environment and efficiently work under pressure.
• Great Communication Skills.
• Knowledgeable in using different tools, charts and diagrams for reports.
• Can manage end-to-end process assignment.
• Must be Computer Literate.
• Critical Thinker.

Willing to be assign in FPIP Site.
