Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Japanese Customer Support position located in Pasay. As a Japanese Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance to Japanese-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Fluency in Japanese and English (written and verbal communication).
* Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.

Pay: Php80,000.00 per month
