Internal Audit Supervisor

Job Summary:
Rizal Memorial Colleges, Inc. is seeking for Internal Audit Supervisor who will be responsible for conducting audits, managing audit projects, reviewing the work of auditors, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. The Internal Audit Supervisor will report to the Internal Audit Manager and will also support senior management in identifying and mitigating risks, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the effectiveness of governance processes within the organization.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Other Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of internal auditing, accounting, finance or business process improvement, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in the academe.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and IFRS.
  • Proficient in drafting policies and procedures.
  • In-depth knowledge of internal controls and their implementation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent in analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preference:
  • Male/Female; Ages 30-40
Due to urgency of the position, the applicant must be available to start anytime.
