Position: Hub Spot Specialist
Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Brisbane, Australia time
Compensation range: US$1,600 - US$1,950/month

About the role
As a Hub Spot Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimising the Hub Spot platform across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub. Your expertise will ensure that our clients fully leverage the capabilities of Hub Spot to achieve their business goals. You will also play a critical role in training clients, helping them maximise the adoption and effectiveness of the Hub Spot platform.



Responsibilities:

  • Hub Spot Implementation and Optimisation:
    • Implement and configure Hub Spot for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
    • Optimise Hub Spot usage across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub to drive client success.
    • Develop and execute strategies for clients to utilise Hub Spot effectively to meet their business objectives.
  • Client Training and Support:
    • Conduct online training sessions via Zoom and Google Meet to educate clients on Hub Spot features and best practices.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure clients are fully utilising Hub Spot's capabilities.
    • Develop training materials and documentation to support client learning and adoption.
  • Strategic Consultation:
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance on leveraging Hub Spot to achieve these goals.
    • Analyse client data to provide insights and recommendations for improving Hub Spot utilisation and performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to ensure cohesive and integrated solutions for clients.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.


Requirements:
    • 3-5 years of experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimising Hub Spot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub.
    • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or Hubspot agency.
    • Hub Spot certification(s) in Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub.
    • Strong understanding of Hub Spot's features and capabilities, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and build strong client relationships.
    • Proficiency with online training tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
    • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
