- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of insurance processes is an advantage.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding professional conduct.
- Work is typically performed in a medical office environment.
- May involve standing for extended periods, sitting at a desk, and working with computer systems.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
