DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Review and final checking of credit documentation for completeness and accuracy of report made by credit review associates.
· Conduct preliminary credit analysis, including reviewing financial statements and credit reports.
· Assist with the evaluation of the creditworthiness of prospective and existing borrowers.
· Communicate with borrowers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
· Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to credit analysis and lending.
· Provide guidance, support, and supervision to a team of credit review. Assign tasks, monitor their performance, and conduct regular performance evaluations. Develop and enhance the skills of team members through training and coaching.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
· Educational Requirement: bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
· Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
· Familiarity with financial statements and credit reports
· Knowledge of lending practices and regulations in the Philippines

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
