- The best selling items are CATHY DOLL, BABY BRIGHT, BOYA, and BROWIT, etc.
- Karmart's sales in the Philippine market amount to approximately US$1 million, ranking as the fifth largest revenue source outside of Thailand.
- Following a capital alliance with Marubeni, one of Japan's leading investment conglomerates, in 2023, Karmart is accelerating its overseas expansion to become a globally influential cosmetics company originating from Southeast Asia.
- We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive Karmart's growth in the Philippines market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the beauty or FMCG industry, with expertise in developing GT/TT channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of Karmart's international expansion and contribute to its vision of becoming a leading beauty brand in Southeast Asia.
- Sales experience in Beauty & Personal Care (BPC) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
- Proven record in expanding GT/TT channels (3+ years)
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Leadership experience managing teams of 5+ members (Nice to have)
- Communication skills in Thai (Nice to have)
- 9:30am - 6:30pm
- Office-based work location - to be determined / pending office establishment)
- To be discussed during the interview
