DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer inquiries via IG or FB
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals
• Provide pre care and post care instructions. Discuss consent/ waiver details.
• Endorse patient to the Derma or the nurse for treatment
• Process payment, and book next appointment
• Ensure settings are encoded by the dermatologist and nurses before closing
• Maintain cleanliness in front and ensure that all records, and equipment's are organized

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
• Preferably with 2 years experience in the beauty and wellness industry
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English & Filipino
