Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Service Management Specialist is responsible for supervising and managing service data and indicators, such as equipment ledgers and service orders. This role includes managing agent and customer information, conducting customer surveys, handling local supplier inquiries, and overseeing material procurement. Additionally, the specialist will manage back-office operations, including ledger records for service personnel, tools, and vehicles, and follow-up on the implementation of key tasks related to service accessories. The specialist will also perform other duties assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Data and Indicators Management:
  • Supervise and manage service data, including equipment ledgers and service orders.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of all service-related information.
Agent and Customer Information Management:
  • Maintain and update agent and customer information databases.
  • Conduct and manage customer in-feed surveys to gather feedback and improve service quality.
Local Supplier Inquiries and Material Procurement:
  • Handle inquiries from local suppliers and oversee material procurement processes.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary materials and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Tagalog, and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • College degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
