Work Experience:

• Project Management Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in managing renewable energy projects, with at least 2–3 years focusing on BESS or solar power plants.
• Technical Experience:
• Hands-on experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including lithium-ion battery technologies, hybrid inverters, and energy management systems (EMS).
• Familiarity with solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and their integration with BESS.

Technical Skills:

• BESS Knowledge:
• Expertise in BESS design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with energy storage technologies, battery cycling, and degradation.
• System Integration:
• Knowledge of solar and BESS integration, including inverter configurations, grid compliance, and interconnection standards.
• Electrical and Control Systems:
• Understanding of electrical systems, switchgear, protection schemes, and control systems.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling plant performance.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and safety standards related to solar and BESS installations.

Soft Skills:

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Project Management:
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Project Management Certifications:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
• Battery Technology and Safety Certifications:
• Specialized training or certifications in BESS systems and energy storage.
• Safety Certifications:
• Occupational safety and health certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel or be stationed at Tarlac Power Plant
• Willing to be on a project based term.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
