About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Finance Staff to join the team at Philippine EDS Techno-Service, Inc. in our Paranaque City office. This full-time role will be responsible for providing high-quality financial reporting and accounting services to support the company's strategic goals.
What you'll be doing
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Assist in the month-end close process and ensure the timely delivery of financial reports
  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Provide support for the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Attend to Audit: ISO, ISMS, BIR, External, YC and PEZA
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in accounting software (SAP, NAV, etc.)
  • Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively throughout the organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Parañaque City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
