About the Role:
Support HR and Accounting functions at BAUCH (Phils.) Laboratories Corp. in Silang, Cavite. Assist with payroll, benefits, financial record-keeping, and compliance. Bring strong communication skills and proactive approach to enhance departmental processes.
QUALIFICATIONS for HR & Accounting Assistant:
1. Has a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or Accounting Technology.
2. Preferably with at least 1 year of knowledge and working experience in HR & Accounting functions, including compensation and payroll (esp. in compliance to SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth and BIR)
3. Strong communication and comprehension skills
4. A proactive learner who is eager to contribute ideas to enhance departmental processes
5. Willingness to be stationed in Silang, Cavite, working Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
