We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Shift Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during their shift, providing leadership and support to staff while maintaining high standards of food safety and service. Duties

• Supervise daily operations of the bakery, ensuring compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
• Assigning tasks to team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively, fostering teamwork and motivation.
• Experience in shift management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
