*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Mechanic to oversee all aspects of our facility's maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems, attractions, and equipment.
*Duties* - Develop and implement maintenance procedures, strategies, and programs - Supervise maintenance staff and contractors - Manage the repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, track work orders, inventory, and equipment history - Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and repairs - Oversee facility improvement projects - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
*Qualifications* - Proven experience in small engine repair, welding, clutch rebuild, Honda engines and maintenance management - Strong leadership and supervisory skills - Knowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systems - Proficiency in English; written and verbal communication skills are essential - Project management skills are a plus - HVAC certification or mechanical knowledge is preferred Join our team as a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations efficiently and ensure the safety and functionality of our facility.
