The Regional PSM Manager ensures site process safety execution at the Panama City site while providing tactical and strategic leadership as a subject matter expert in risk management and process safety for all the Kraton Pine Chemical NA (North America) based sites. This role works collaboratively with the Global Process Safety Manager and Corporate HSES team to drive process safety improvements by utilizing OSHA 1910.119 rules and industry best practices to maintain safe and compliant sites that align with corporate goals and objectives. The role includes the following key tactical components at the Panama City site: overseeing the site PSM program, conducting PHA’s, managing risk assessments, conducting LOPA’s, participating in PSSR’s, managing the MOC process, and facilitating investigations.
