Halff has immediate openings for an intermediate Project Manager in Panama City Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering design experience with a focus in Public Works, Land Development experience working with, or for, public and private sector clients. The successful candidate should have experience working with a design team, coordinating with clients and leading delivery of civil engineering, transportation planning and/or design projects. In addition to project delivery responsibilities, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage personnel, budgets, schedules, subconsultants and client interaction. The candidate will also work closely with the Team Leader and the Operation Manager in business development activities.
