Hours: Full-Time, 10-hour days, 5 days a week

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency.
Job Summary: The Kitchen Manager will oversee all kitchen operations, including staff management, food preparation, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Irish cuisine, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining our reputation for excellence.
