Andy's Flour Power is a beloved breakfast and lunch spot in Panama City Beach, known for its delicious homemade dishes, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a warm, outgoing, and organized Hostess to join our team and provide the welcoming experience our guests have come to expect.
Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and a warm welcome.
• Manage seating arrangements to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Handle reservations, waitlists, and guest inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure excellent guest service.
• Communicate accurate wait times to guests during peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and professional attitude, even in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively.
• Weekend availability is required.
