Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape analysis. - Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales tools that effectively communicate our value propositions. - Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and website content. - Organize and participate in conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and establish industry connections. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers, active listening, and enthusiasm for sales - Eager to learn, resilient, goal-oriented, and driven by results.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA or a related field. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and B2C sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related technical field. - Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies. - Proficiency in digital marketing. - Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, excellent negotiation skills and telesales. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing automation tools.
