Position to be filled: IT Support
Main requisites and general background:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or administration, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Proficiency in network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of IT best practices, hardware, software, and ITIL framework.
- Experience in troubleshooting IT issues and providing technical support.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance for IT systems and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for IT failures.
- Knowledge of shutdown procedures and coordination involving IT systems.
- Strong problem
- solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast
- paced environment.
