Position Overview:
Our client is a dynamic Ed Tech startup dedicated to equipping Nigerian youth with tech skills for global opportunities.
Our client is seeking a results-oriented Strategy and Partnership Lead to drive growth through strategic planning and partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Research & Strategy: Identify growth opportunities in Ed Tech using market research to develop and implement strategies in marketing, branding, and product development.
- Partnerships: Build and maintain B2B, B2G, and B2C partnerships to drive business success. Develop plans to convert leads into impactful collaborations.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across technology, finance, and communications to execute initiatives effectively.
- Funding & Concept Notes: Develop frameworks to secure grants and funding globally. Craft compelling concept notes for stakeholders.
- Performance Assessment: Use data-driven insights to evaluate strategies and recommend improvements.
- Strategic Leadership: Contribute to high-level discussions to shape their vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related fields (MBA required).
- 5+ years in strategy or partnership roles, preferably in Ed Tech.
- Strong skills in analytics, communication, and project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), and project management software.
- Passionate about education, tech innovation, and growth in dynamic environments.
- Hybrid role with a mix of remote and on-site collaboration in Lagos.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
