Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Regional Manager to lead our Lagos branch. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will oversee all operations and marketing activities for the branch, ensuring the highest standards of service and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and smooth logistics.
• Marketing & Business Development: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and partners, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of chauffeurs, operations staff, and support personnel to deliver outstanding service.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Financial Management: Oversee branch budgets, expenses, and profitability, optimizing resources to meet financial goals.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, implementing feedback, and maintaining a high standard of client care.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the luxury services, hospitality, or transportation industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy.
