Job description
· Understand project requirements and stakeholders' expectations and develop strategies to complete and execute projects within timeline and cost.
· Conducting Technical site surveys and power/energy audits for client’s prospective projects.
· Engage with the design team to develop an optimized solution for project requirements.
· Engage in design and technical presentations/discussions with prospective clients, investors, and OEMs.
· Plan, execute, and commission the installation of solar power systems for Telecoms and C&I clients.
· Developing BOQ for Client’s Projects.
· On-site supervision of construction/installation progress to ensure adherence to requirements such as electrical codes and safety standards.
· Co-ordinate logistics to ensure equipment and materials are delivered to the sites on time.
· Develop/review as-built documentation, operating manuals, and maintenance checklists for completed installations.
· Develop and implement energy management techniques for managed Paa S sites.
· Reviewing and analyzing system performance of managed Paa S sites.
· Providing technical support to field technicians for diagnosis and issue resolution.
· Training of Field support engineers/technicians.
· Non-routine visitation of managed Paa S sites for issue resolution and performance optimization.
Key skills
· Detail-oriented, good communication skills, and good project management skills.
· Grounded understanding in electrical power systems and solar renewable energy systems
· Familiarity with PV design and simulation tools such as Homer, PVSysts, and Helioscope.
· Knowledge of electrical and control panel designs.
· Familiarity with PV system equipment from different OEMs.
· Negotiation skills.
