Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Printing Technician to join our team at Zain Garment Factory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing machines, ensuring high-quality prints on garments, and assisting in the production of customized apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain printing machines (screen printing, heat press, DTG, sublimation, etc.).
Prepare artwork and designs for printing, ensuring proper alignment and color accuracy.
Conduct quality checks on printed garments to meet company standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with printing equipment.
Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies and report restocking needs.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the printing area.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Printing Technician in the garment industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of various garment printing techniques and equipment.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with software like Corel DRAW or Adobe Illustrator.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Technical and problem-solving skills to address printing machine issues.
